When you submit information through any form on PaidProducer.com, we collect your email address, producer name or handle, and optionally your Instagram handle and phone number. By submitting, you provide explicit consent to doingwell, LLC contacting you for the following purposes:
- Educational newsletter — royalty rate updates, new resources, and music industry developments relevant to producer income
- Platform participation and speaking opportunities — invitations to be featured as a guest, speaker, or contributor on PaidProducer.com or any affiliated platform, podcast, event, or media property operated by doingwell, LLC
- Business development outreach — communications about partnerships, collaborations, licensing opportunities, affiliate programs, or other professional opportunities that doingwell, LLC believes may be relevant based on your profile as a music producer

Phone number and TCPA compliance: Providing a phone number is entirely optional and is not required to access PaidProducer.com or any content or service on the site. Data processor: Submitted information is processed through Formspree and may be migrated to an email marketing platform as the community grows. All processors are contractually bound to use your data only as directed by doingwell, LLC.
Opting out of email: Every commercial email includes a clear unsubscribe link. You may also contact [email protected] with the subject "Email Opt-Out" to be removed from email communications. Requests are honored within 10 business days. Opting out of any channel does not affect your access to the free educational content on PaidProducer.com.
We do not sell, rent, or share your email address, phone number, or personal information with unaffiliated third parties for their own independent marketing or commercial purposes.
